Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once your order has entered the design, printing, or production stage, it cannot be canceled.

The final product will be based on the approved design. However, small differences may appear due to screen settings, lighting, printing materials, and installation conditions.
Colors can look different depending on your phone, computer, monitor settings, brightness, and lighting. Small color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Yes. Vehicle vinyl wraps are designed to handle normal outdoor conditions, including rain and regular washing. However, proper installation and care are important for long-lasting results.
When installed and removed correctly, vinyl wrap usually does not damage healthy factory paint. However, we are not responsible for paint damage caused by poor paint condition, old paint, repainting, rust, or incorrect removal.
The lifespan depends on the material, installation quality, climate, sun exposure, washing method, and how the car is maintained.

The kit is prepared based on the vehicle information you provide. To avoid fitment issues, please make sure your vehicle model, year, generation, and body type are correct.
Yes, we strongly recommend professional installation. Car wrap kits require skill, patience, and the right tools for the best result.
You can install it yourself if you have experience with vinyl wrapping. However, if you are not experienced, we recommend hiring a professional installer to avoid bubbles, wrinkles, misalignment, or damage.
We are not responsible for installation mistakes, including bubbles, wrinkles, stretching damage, cutting mistakes, tearing, or misalignment.
The surface must be clean, smooth, dry, and in good condition. Vinyl may not stick properly to damaged paint, rust, dirt, wax, ceramic coating, or rough surfaces.
Yes. The car should be fully cleaned before installation. Dirt, oil, wax, or dust can affect adhesion and final appearance.
Shipping

Production time depends on the type of order, design complexity, and current workload. Custom orders may take longer because they require design preparation and printing.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for international shipments. Sometimes the tracking only updates when the package reaches the next shipping facility or the destination country.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned or needs to be reshipped.
Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.
No. The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. If incorrect information is provided, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.
If the design was approved before production or matches the order details, we cannot offer a refund simply because of a change of mind.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Care & Maintenance
Wash your car gently by hand using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive brushes, and high-pressure washing too close to the vinyl edges.
Pressure washing should be done carefully. Keep the nozzle at a safe distance and avoid spraying directly at the edges of the wrap.
Avoid using strong polish, abrasive wax, or harsh chemicals on the vinyl. Use products that are safe for vinyl wraps.
Yes, but long exposure to strong sunlight can affect any vinyl over time. Parking in shade and proper care can help extend the life of the wrap.
